Das nördliche Hochland
Der Tag beginnt schon früh. Ich mummele mein Pain au chocolat von gestern auf. Dimby, Eric, Andry, Mika, Gris und Choa wollten eigentlich um Sechs hier sein. Aber es dauert und dauert. Der Verkehr in Tana ist heute wohl enorm dicht. Erst wesentlich später fährt der erste Toyota Landcruiser in die Einfahrt des Raphia, und nach und nach folgen die anderen. Dimby mit seinem neuen blauen Landcruiser kommt als letztes. Er hat auch José mitgebracht, der uns ebenfalls in den Norden begleiten wird. Madagascar’s toilets
Nördliches Hochland
We meet at seven for breakfast. As everywhere in Madagascar, it takes time until everybody has his morning meal, the kitchens are not so big and nobody is in a hurry. But at some point, everyone is finally provided with tea, juice, scrambled eggs and baguette. Meanwhile, the guys outside artfully pack our luggage in tarpaulins on the roofs of the six Toyota Landcruisers, with which we will be traveling from now on.
